Submission Instructions

Submitted papers must be in PDF format with no more than 9 pages and no smaller than 10-point fonts. Paper must present original work and has not been submitted to another venue for publication.  Accepted and presented technical papers will be published in the IEEE CNS 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
