Submission Instructions:

Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published. All submissions must be written in English with a maximum paper length of 5 (five) pages (including text, figures, and references) and formatted according to the two-column IEEE conference format:

Final Paper Instructions:

Accepted papers must will be published in the IEEE Digital Library after the conference and included in the IEEE CNS proceedings. You could find informatin about the final paper submission for IEEE CNS here. Final papers must be submitted through EDAS no later than August 21, 2017.
To be published in the workshop proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper. More information about the registration will be announced later throught the conference registration page:
